Yoga - Starting the practice -

Starting the Practice:

SURYA NAMASKAR A & B 




Repeat the Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar for 5 time each.

Don't forget:

The Ujjayi breathing, 

The Drishti or focused gaze, 

The Uddiyana bandha (the abdominal bandha)
