Yoga and me

I've always seen art as a means of elevating the soul through poetry that its intrinsic, and my artistic research has enriched myself through exciting education, implementation of creative workshops with young people and the disabled. In 2006, living in Aarhus in Denmark, in the almost always darkness I started my inner journey through self-study Hatha Yoga. Then in 2009 was born my love for Ashtanga Yoga, and since then my focus has been more clear, the path of the Arts was only a part, my journey continued to discover and study Ashtanga Yoga. Living in Brazil then in Canada, I studied with great teachers, but only in Montreal I found my "teacher" that "given" me a "special" vision of the method. Now my journey continues in Italy, where I recently returned and my hope now is to donate my richness by conducting small group in the method , combining my mixture of artist and traveler, to give the same benefit that I had to all those who rarely come closer to that style of living.

MONTH DEDICATED TO WOMEN AND ITS ENERGY
The program of the month of March has been designed to provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, share with our feminine touch, our sensitivity and rare beauty: being simply a woman.The predominant themes will be around to Yoga, Hindu female goddesses, Ayurveda as a medicine and as food, indian dancing, breathing and meditation. Around these topics, others will turn you generate through our individual and unique presence.I remember all the guests, that apart from some small contributions (eg. For dancing class or the projections of the movie show), the meetings are free and everyone can contribute with his presence and also, if he wishes through his creative ability, to share with the group.The program is designed to all students in the group Yalp, and other female figures who are or have knowledge of important issues described above, as well as female figures who have the pleasure to share this path of unity, in the name of the woman.The meetings will be held from 17:00 to 2 to 3 hours, depending on the day's program.Please wear comfortable clothing to facilitate movement, breathing and sitting positions on the ground.Thank you, and I wait.Luana
